hort on time, all cranky because my new fancy pants got torn on my bike, because the weather suddenly decided to turn full-on scorching summer and because the place where I wanted to eat just happened to close two weeks ago. HANGRRRRY. That was me today during my lunch hour.

And then, as if sent from above by some heavenly creatures, Linda Bistro appears out of thin air. Their menu swept me off of my feet, their prices were more than affordable and I was told I would get served in minutes. And I was. My chickpea dahl was nothing short of perfection and my vegan carrot cake literally made me gasp “que linda!” And just look at the art piece called falafel wrap my friend got served! Heavenly. After a short chat with the very friendly owner, I learned that the place had just opened in December 2020. They change their menu every month, presenting new dishes inspired by cuisine from all over the world and made from locally grown ingredients.

Well, needless to say, Linda Bistro not only fed me like a queen but also made my day. Who could care about pants and heat after a feast like this?! I can’t wait to return for another meal in the cooling shade of linden trees and I suggest you follow my lead and visit this charming place.
