It's easy to be overwhelmed by the choice of eateries in Soho, with something to suit every kind of budget and taste it's definitely one of my favorite places to go for a meal. Bodeans is split into two very different floors. The upstairs "deli" where there is quite a relaxed atmosphere and it's a great place to stop by for lunch. The food is fantastic, probably not the place to go if you're watching your figure although I heard they do have a Caesar salad.
I've only ever been when I feel up to the epic portions they serve here. My favorite dish is the pulled pork and burnt ends, the lean, sticky pork is so easy to take your time over every mouthful, I guarantee you'll love it.
The downstairs restaurant is much smarter with leather booths and mood lighting but the one thing I must say about Bodeans is that it maybe isn't the best place for a first date unless you're comfortable with getting messy!
