Canary Wharf is full of trim type — A bankers who look very serious as they walk quickly from place to place. The more serious the work, the more serious the reward. Yummzy is a family-run business where the lovely Jolie and Adrian have somehow conjured up keto-compliant, gluten-free, sugar-free, low-carb and "accidentally" vegan cakes and desserts, many of which are high-protein and high-quality.
And did I mention delicious? I've tried the brownie, cheesecake and choco matcha cupcakes and they are all splendid. If Canary Wharf isn't on your regular path, never fear, the ever resourceful Yummzy bakery will deliver within London and even provides subscriptions for your gym and health-compliant treat fix.
There aren't many small family businesses in Canary Wharf, so this one is a gem. If you can make it into the shop, the friendly and cheerful staff might tempt you to buy the addictive "Yummtella": which has only five star reviews. You can always count on them to help your social life as well as your waistline: they host workshops for latte art, salsa classes, and more.
I hope the Yummzy family keep innovating!
