I set foot here almost every day, to say the least! The sweetness of the pastries in my mouth calls me every morning on my way to work. I yield.
Chocolate, plain and cheese croissant, raspberry danish (definitely my favorite!), and the list goes on, without of course forgetting the famous Kouign Amann (pronounced queen-a-man), literally butter-cake, which is layers of bread dough with a mixture of butter and caramelized sugar. Crisp on the outside and melting on the inside... Tell me you're not tempted right now?!
This charming little outdated and colorful decor bakery is often quite full of people fond of their work, as I am - and we don't want it to change! While waiting, we observe the bakers do their work and have fun - the atmosphere is relaxed, familiar and the staff, charming - spellbound by the smell of coffee and baked bread. A pretty nice morning routine!
Good to know: the quality beats the quantity, everything is done on the spot, freshness could not be better!
