This place is reachable from Kurskaya metro station for about 10 minutes. Like in Russian fairy tales, on my way I have to choose the right turn to take when a fork appears in the road: wine factory (to the left) or Artplay (to the right). Artplay territory has enough space for a short stroll. Street art is exhibited here in the form of metal installations and wall paintings.
I find Artplay similar to London. Narrow streets with two/three storey buildings, pubs/cafes on the first floor. No wish to go inside? Then please taste the delightful sandwiches cooked beyond the van's wall by Turkish guys.
There's a cozy trade/fair space (from time to time clothes, accessories and bijou made by designers are sold here) with places for master-classes. Do not forget to visit the open air smoking terrace with a view of the church dome on the right hand.
Inside the building ancient stuff, furniture, books, souvenirs are sold at different floors. Though everything is pretty expensive. There is a museum, where currently Michelangelo works are on display. You can even buy a chocolate David, small copy.
For me Artplay is a weekend place.
