Friends Forever is, for my taste, the place you just have to go for your breakfast.
Located just a street across the famous "TASS" building, a few blocks away from State Conservatory, it's the beating heart of the morning coffee-filled awakening Moscow. Local hipsters, musicians, art people (and foreigners working nearby) like this place for their very cozy atmosphere, and, of course, the perfect food.
Their menu is all about breakfast and it's served all day long. I would particularly recommend their scrambles, most of them on a bread with a delicious avocado paste, and the potato pancakes.
For the desserts, they have a huge refrigerator of made-on-site cakes, with their cheesecakes being the best in Moscow.
Hint: when ordering, keep in mind their plates are big. I usually can't eat more than one :)
There is usually no need to book any tables in advance, but, in case there are no free seats, you can try the "Breakfast" cafe next door to the right, run by the same company.
Price: 500 RUR for a dish on average, and about 1000 RUR per full meal if you're hungry :)
