"Live history" is an unusual museum for children. In a fascinating interactive way, children get to learn about history here. They “travel back in time” to Medieval Japan, Ancient Russia, the Stone Age, Ancient Rome, a medieval knight's castle, mysterious India and Ancient Egypt!
Enthusiastic guides explain children what our ancestors used to do, what they wore, what they ate, what kind of battles they fought. Visitors not only listen to the stories, but also participate in everything: they arrange gladiatorial fights, dress up as samurais, learn how to use the Russian furnace and a lot of other things. The main attraction of the "Live History" museum is the possibility to touch everything!
Actually, I carry out such excursion programs, and every event is a real adventure! For example, we teach children how to learn writing with goose quills, to count using their fingers just like ancient Romans did, to try on a real helmet or to throw shurikens! I am sure that getting to know history in this way is the most interesting and productive for children -not only listen to, but also try! Adults can also join the tour. The story of the guide will be interesting for them as well!
The museum "Live History" can be visited only by appointment and it is possible to have a tour in English.
