Do you like mini-golf but miss it during the winter months and wish you could play inside while having some drinks and listening to some tunes? Then Oslo Camping is the place for you – a bar with indoor mini-golf, beers and toasted cheese sandwiches for when you get peckish.
Despite the high hipster factor, I really like this place and the relaxed vibe. The mini-golf costs about 100kr per person and you just put your name on the waiting list and it makes a nice change from shuffle board which seems to be everywhere now. The course is fun with some interesting obstacles and always seems to bring out my competitive spirit. It's also a nice way to start a conversation with the usually chilly Oslo locals. Late at night they turn the music up and it gets much more of a late night vibe, so you can stay there all night.
Drinks-wise its very much focused on beers, but they do have ciders and will make other drinks by request. The drinks are also a tad pricey, even by Oslo standards, but that’s something that is hard to avoid in the more popular spots in this city.
