Cafe Joyeux Paris
Inclusivity and good coffee
Cafe Joyeux is a regular Paris cafe place. Here you can enjoy a nice warm drink and any kind of patisserie French style. The atmosphere is nice and cosy, and it's next to one of the many Parisian covered alleys, the "passage Choisiel".
The products they offer are freshly made, and most of them are bio. You can have warm drinks, cakes, pastries or light lunches. But the most important thing is the fact that this cafe employs people with disabilities as the main staff and offers them regular working conditions and salaries. Cafe Joyeux also offers the possibility to buy coffee beans and capsules of different types and origins to use at home with your own coffee machine. So when drinking coffee or having lunch here, not only that you are enjoying yourself, but you are also contributing to a great social initiative. This location is in the very centre of town, not far from Opera, and that's why it's a great place to stop by and make a pause on a busy touristy day.
