""Forest" is a new restaurant that has just opened in the terrace area of the Museum of Modern Art of Paris - where many new restaurants come and go!"

Forest is a new restaurant that has just opened in the terrace area of the Museum of Modern Art of Paris (about which I have already written an article).

The restaurant is an open-air, fresh and friendly space attended by a sophisticated, cosmopolitan crowd. According to the well-known chef Julien Sebbag, "Forest is an experimental place making all possible efforts to meet a fundamental ethic: eco-responsibility. We can think of a sort of post-apocalyptic forest in a close future where nature reasserts itself. And us, in all humility, we try to accompany it with produce that favore recycling, local food, and a genuine appreciation for the craft."

The food is full of Mediterranean flavors, with the use of spices, plants, and the offer of traditional Jewish dishes like beef kebab or labneh salads. They also offer sophisticated cocktails, some of them non-alcoholic.

Its location is one of the best in Paris, in the arcades of the museum, with a beautiful view of the river Seine and the Eiffel tower. This is becoming my favourite place for a lunch out when visiting Paris on a nice sunny day.
