Le Gadjo is a bar located in the Pigalle district of Paris. For the past ten years or so, the Pigalle district, which was once rather poorly frequented, has gradually become a trendy place to party. Nowadays, many elegant restaurants, cocktail bars and clubs are located there and attract a young and trendy Parisian clientele. So don’t hesitate to go out there.

The Gadjo is one of those cocktail bars where you immediately feel comfortable because it is small and intimate. The music that plays late at night is international songs that everyone knows and to which it is easy to dance. In fact, when I was there, everyone was dancing in the middle of the bar. Cocktails are good and not very expensive compared to other establishments of the same style.

If you like rum like I do, I recommend the King, which is made with brown rum, passion fruit puree, vanilla and pineapple juice. If you prefer tequila like my friend, I recommend Kuque, which is made of tequila, cointreau, lime and homemade strawberry juice. The bartender who makes your cocktail is adorable. But here we don’t only drink cocktails — if you prefer wine, there are bottles at 25€ and beers from 4€. The place is beautiful, friendly and cool. You will spend a lively evening for sure if you go there on a weekend.
