Have you ever heard that "little animal" in your stomach growl for something to eat after a crazy night? That noise can get even more critical when you remember that there is nothing to eat at home once you arrive, which can make you feel desperate for some snacks. The alternatives? Probably some junk hot dog on the streets, some old bread or cookies left on the shelf at home... What about some tasty snacks from a typical place?

"Adega do Quim" is a special restaurant which is the lifesaver of many late clubbers and people who like to party until late, like we do in Porto.

Located just next to "São Bento" train station in the very center of town, it provides quick meals for both people who are starting their days as well as those who need to reinforce their stomachs before going to sleep.

You will find a vast selection of options, like the best "panado em pão" (huge, fried pork steak inside a piece of bread) at this time, "moelas" (chicken gizzards with amazing sauce), "tripas à moda do Porto" (most typical dish of Porto, which are the entrails of a pig with beans) or maybe just some croquettes or samosas (Indian snacks).

All kinds of snacks and sandwiches are relatively cheap, so the hard part is actually deciding to go home instead of spending all day trying all their tasty products. And the next day, don't try to blame the food!
