When you come to Dobrá trafika for the first time, you may not be sure if you just entered a shop, cafe, tearoom, bookshop or gallery. And the bigger surprise is that it is actually all the above-named in one.
“Trafika” refers mainly to a shop where they sell a vast variety of goods, including tobacco, coffee, tea, newspapers, liqueurs or wines, but in this one you can also get small and big presents, new and old books, birthday cards and many handmade things such as ceramics, jewellery, candles or even clothes. It might seem a bit chaotic, but it somehow interacts perfectly with the cosy café hidden inside. You can come here and just play some chess or other board games. Sometimes there are old school concerts, art exhibitions or book signings. In the summer there is a bar garden outside for chilling out.
The selection of teas, coffees, lemonades, hot beverages or even quality alcohol is another surprise in such an untraditional place. I am starting to think that there is nothing you can’t order or find in this place. And now multiply this spot three times, because there are three of them in the city – in Újezd, Korunní and Karlín. I can't even pick my favourite one, can you?
