Pivovar Ládví COBOLIS Prague – Well-crafted beer

I have jumped into a secret challenge - write the most articles about places in Prague that offer great beer. Winter or not, there is always a space to taste some nice craft beer. I would like to recommend visiting Pivovar Ládví COBOLIS, because it is a truly local spot, outside touristic routes, and they have very nice local craft beers and meals too. I had a few and was feeling well the next day - and that shows some quality!

The brewery was first recommended to me by my brother who is a huge beer fan. There is another dimension why I like this restaurant. It is located in an older 1970s building, which was build as a cultural center for new Prague quarter composed mainly of high-raise concrete buildings. These housing estates were usually built without any cultural or social centers -- those were added much later. And of course the architecture ain't the nicest. That is why I am glad somebody took this 'ugly' space and renovated it from the inside out.

The brewery was founded at the beginning of year 2018 and they offer around 10 different beers. The menu offers a lot for meat lovers, but it also has a few vegetarian options that are very tasty actually. I hope they will keep up the pace and I promise to check the quality for you often.
