Sauna Spot Dvorce Prague – Ultimate hot relaxation

I have very fresh news - sauna is great for you, winter or summer time. This inspired me to share a very relaxing spot, Sauna Spot Dvorce. I visited it recently with only one goal in my mind - to relax! And it was 100% fulfilled.

Sauna Spot is located close to the summer swimming area, Žluté lázně, and is open year-round. Inside you will find four saunas, two with lower and two with higher temperatures, two icy pools, and plenty of space to relax. I just love the sauna with the panoramic window overlooking the river and trees. It's a shame I have to leave my glasses outside the room! You can catch a special ceremony, which takes place every working day except Wednesday from 18:30 and repeating every 45 minutes.

The whole establishment is very quiet and of course requires from guests to follow this rule. I found out that the busiest hours are the evenings and weekends, which plays into the tourists' cards, who can probably enjoy it more during the working days than the locals. The special price from 08:00 to 17:00 allows you to stay as long as you want! Another positive is that you don't need to bring anything with you: a towel and sheet is provided upon entrance.

After some sauna, my steps lead me to luxurious wine bar Na brehu Rhony, or more local Podolee just opposite the sauna spot. Or get a quick snack in Berlin-style Gemüse corner kebab.
