I love crêpes. I adore crêpes. We always could and you still can order a crêpe in any restaurant as a dessert. Pačalinka is the first crêperie in Rijeka. At least, as far as I know.
The interior design is very cute but minimalistic. Crêpes and waffles are everything else but minimalistic. You can choose between plain basic crêpe, a protein or chocolate one. Then you choose extras like cookies, fruit, peanut butter, Nutella, ice cream or whatever you want. If you are not fan of sweet crêpes, you can order one with ham, cheese, mozzarella or something similar. If you want to eat crêpes somewhere else, you can order take-away. Waffles can also be classic or bubble waffles and you can choose extras as you like.
Usually, I order a chocolate crêpe with white Linolada, Kinder Bueno and vanilla cream. Probably you're asking yourself now how I am still alive. Well, I do get a little heart attack every time but it is worth of it. Some people say these crêpes are expensive and that you can make them at home for less money. Trust me, it is not the same. If you are in Rijeka and looking for a sweet bomb, don't miss Pačalinka.
