Amazing experience for special occasions
Fermin is a tiny gem in Rotterdam North, with a lot of offerings. It’s a creative kitchen for the chefs, where they work with amazing seasonal ingredients sourced from local suppliers. They have delicious wine pairings with the seasonal changing menu. While they are serving food, they are also spreading interesting information about the wine, way of cooking, etc.
They have 4, 5, and 6 course meal options and I believe they do great jobs in wine pairing as well. :) I once took one of my friends there for a special occasion, and he was really impressed with the food and wine. I must say it’s not a place where you can eat every day, because of the prices, but mouthwatering food is definitely worth it! We were lucky to sit outside alongside the amazing weather! Don’t forget to make a reservation on their website, it’s not a walk-in place! Hope you enjoy it!
