Biscuit and Bean is my favorite biscuit and gravy breakfast place in Seattle. These people really know how to make great biscuits. Their biscuits are freshly made every day and perfectly fluffy and a little crispy for the perfect texture. I love their classic buttermilk and cheddar chive biscuit the most.
Their menu is pretty small, mainly containing biscuit and gravy combinations and biscuit sandwiches. I also like their buttermilk biscuit and mushroom gravy with fried egg on top. This is my go-to breakfast place pretty much every other weekend and I never get bored of it. I also like their goat biscuit sandwich with herb goat cheese.
Their coffee menu is pretty good as well, containing all standard espresso drinks and chai tea lattes. Don't miss the seasonal lemonade if they have it on the menu, it's one of the best lemonades I have had so far.
This place is usually pretty crowded on weekends and they don't take reservations since it's a cafe kind of place but it's worth the wait. They've also recently started a drive through which can be handy on the rainy days and when you are in rush.
