Living in Seattle, one quickly succumbs to the not another sandwich syndrome. Every restaurant seems to have their own homemade top rated deluxe club. Few ever live up to the hype. HoneyHole is an exception. You really can't go wrong with their rather unconventionally named sandwiches.
Try a tri-tip or marinated flank steak in sandwich. Vegetarians, they've got you covered with some delectable meatless sandwich options. One warning though these sandwiches are huge. It's rare that I can finish a whole one ever. They really do have the winning recipe that combines tasty sandwiches with excellent handmade cocktails (no on tap business) which are a steal during happy hour. Besides the food they are always bumping a solid playlist, usually late '90s early 2000s chill indie stuff.
The cozy space with its rather random hanging decor lends itself as great way to end a long work day or catch up with friends on the weekend before heading out on Capitol Hill. Either way you will leave nourished and with a fresh muddled basil cocktail induced grin.
