Spotter since 2025
I am a university student in Erasmus University of Rotterdam, where I study Arts and Cultures Studies. I'm originally from Madrid, Spain but I was born and raised in New York City, so I would say I've always felt connected to vibrant, multicultural cities. Whether on family trips or exploring with friends, I somehow always end up being the one leading the way to the hidden places of each city and local favorites. I love uncovering the lesser-known sides of the cities I visit.
I'm especially interested in understanding the vibe of a place through its local people, food, music, and design. Being part of Spotted by Locals lets me do just that and share it with others. Anything related to art, fashion, music or enjoying a drink with friends? I'm all in.
Why Rotterdam?
Besides studying here, I'm drawn to Rotterdam's creative energy and sometimes reminds me of my life back in New York City. It's a city that keeps on surprising me and love how international and yet truly local the city actually feels. Every neighbourhood has its own story and you'll always find something unexpected which keeps me curious and constantly exploring the city.
