About me
I moved to Copenhagen when I was nineteen, and except for a year in Sweden, I have lived here ever since. Now I am resident of Amager; a part of Copenhagen that is technically an island.
Music on vinyl, going to concerts, large amounts of coffee, airports, books, autumn and exploring my city are some of my favourite things.
I don’t like ants, bell pepper, peas and tequila.
Why Copenhagen?
Copenhagen is old, dating back to the Middle Ages. And though it has unfortunately burned down a few times, leaving very little left from that period of time, it still contains an abundance of renaissance, baroque and rococo-style buildings for the romantic and the historian to enjoy, coexisting beautifully alongside very exciting, cutting-edge new architecture.
This is a city where you’ll see people in suits or high heels ride their bicycles to work. In summer you can swim in the harbour and in winter you can skate on the lakes.
In spite of the fact that Copenhagen has a well-developed coffee culture and a correspondingly high intake of caffeine, it’s a lovely laid-back city.
And though the people of Copenhagen may seem a bit reserved at first, we are actually quite nice.
Where can you find me online?
"Naturpark Amager" in Copenhagen is an area of 3,000 acres of protected nature. It's quite unique for a capital to have such a reserve within city limits!

"Lergravsparken" in Copenhagen is an unremarkable park, except for the small piece inside its oldest part. It's a calm grove originally reserved for game...

"White Tube" Copenhagen is a sculpture that will attract you and your child, who would've known you'd be sharing a playground with them...

"Vega": of all the music venues in Copenhagen, it is the most stylish; a bar that stands as a true example of modernist and functionalist '50s architecture
by
"Takii" Copenhagen: a Japanese restaurant where I enjoy to dine in, not particularly because of the interior but really the great all-you-can-eat concept..

"Haabet Bodega Bar" in Copenhagen is a brown bar - it used to be an old-man-pub but now younger people go there. I love how everyone's welcome!

"Østerlandsk Thehus" in Copenhagen is right at super-busy Nørreport Station and it's just such a quiet and calm cafe in contrast! I love getting tea here.
