About me
I was born in a small industrial border town. My teenage hood was all about our crew, rap, basketball and our street stories. Then I moved to the South to study in Tartu University, where for 5 years I learned science and enjoyed the free student life.
When Estonia joined the EU, I made a move to Ireland, where I spent 2 years of my precious life pouring Guinness to people's glasses in the unforgettable small town of Clifden. Finally, in 2005, I settled down in Tallinn.
Now, apart from wandering around in the city, I work as entrepreneur/guide in the up-and-coming tourism business here and try to do my best in entertaining and hosting my guests.
Why Tallinn?
Tallinn has almost everything I need. It has people that are intelligent, modern, proud and wicked at the same time. It has sea, which gives me a sense of limitless perspective, an open scene and a fresh breeze. It has history, with Gothic medieval limestone walls and it has a relatively small size, so I can easily ride my bike everywhere...
"Paavli Kaltsukas" in Tallinn consists of several huge hangars full of clothes, furniture, toys, accessories... It's perfect for the treasure hunter in you!

"Tallinn Old Town Records" is a small but cool record shop in a basement. I truly recommend taking your time here...

"Sõprus Cinema" is Tallinn's oldest. There you'll find modern Estonian as well as world art-house films and more. I just find it a pleasure visiting it.

"OKAPI" in Tallinn is a glass studio/gallery store. Its heat is a hot glassblowing laboratory. There's a world of local artistry here, come have a look!

"Solaris centre Apollo" in Tallinn is where I go to read a book. I love reading when travelling, and this cafe/bookshop is ideal for just that!
by
"MoMo" Tallinn is a restaurant for Japanese food lovers. You wouldn't know it, but there's actually a Japanese expat community here and they cater to them!
