Hamburgers along with french fries at some point stopped being sloppy fast food and started being widely served in good restaurants alongside fancy gourmet dishes.
Estonian Burger Factory started as a kiosk in Kadriorg where people would wait in line for 40 minutes on the street no matter what the weather was and still come back again and again. I think even the president visited their place, so many people were talking about it.
Now they've moved to the city centre and opened up a restaurant where you can sit inside and enjoy your burger.
This is one of the best burgers places in town. They can make them medium, raw or well done. High quality beef patties, spicy angus, fresh vegetables - it is all here.
You can have a classic cheeseburger or burger without any bread for those who are watching their figure, but forget about your weight and try their specials! Burgers ooze with melted cheese and wonderful sauce. Order some house-cut potatoes and welcome yourself to burger heaven.
And if you fancy something lighter you can order a salad, shrimp or fish.
