It feels like Ozzie, Chip and Gabey from the famous musical "On the Town" have come to New York for the first time. This just recently opened restaurant and bar in the Old Town has this 1940's New Year New York flair. Simple but beautiful furniture, sophisticated and warm atmosphere coupled with an American style menu with a twist results in an enjoyable experience.
Frank offers juleps, a bourbon-based cocktail common in South America. And of course there is a cocktail with national kink called "Frank's Midnight Sauna". It is a bourbon mixed with traditional Estonian rum-based liqueur "Vana Tallinn" (Old Tallinn), it's usually common to add in hot coffee with cream or drink straight on a cold winter night.
This place is great for a serious dinner or a casual night out for a drink with friends. Hospitable service and good music help one relax and have a ball in this lovely establishment.
Certainly a happening place right now! So make a reservation if it is Friday or Saturday.
After 1:00 move to the basement for a cocktail ;)
