Kurze are little, braided, meat-filled dumplings made by a very passionate woman, Nurjan, who is originally from Dagestan. You can tell she makes her food with love, kindness and great enthusiasm. She spent a lot of time experimenting and perfecting her beautiful kurze. They are truly a masterpiece. Not only do they melt in your mouth, they are also a delight to look at.
Everyone can find something to their taste, whether you are a vegetarian or a meat lover. Don't forget to ask for some broth as well. You will eat your kurze in an intimate setting or enjoy the view on the train track. Very tranquil, very local even if the food is not, but that is the beauty of it.
Do not forget to check Nurjan's Instagram to get a glimpse of the excellent and tasty dish. Do not miss this small, hidden gem while exploring the Kopli district. They have the best terrace!
