Probably the best track in Tallinn for roller-skating and cycling is not well known to the general public. Most of the locals use Pirita promenade, leading to the beach from the center of town, for those kinds of activities. However when I want to skate I usually go to Lillepi park. Unlike other tracks in our capital it's circular and has some small hills and lots of turns offering much more fun than straightforward skating.
Another good thing is walking on this track is forbidden (which is not an option on all other health tracks in Tallinn) and everybody is moving in same direction so the risk of knocking somebody off their feet when moving at high speeds down the hill is minimal.
Map and detailed information about the track is available on the following web page.
Those coming by car might find this google map with marked adjacent parking lot locations useful.
