Restaurant OKO is located at Haabneeme beach in Viimsi. Geographically, the restaurant is located already a bit outside of Tallinn, but it is possible to reach it by public transportation. You have to use bus number 1A, go to the last stop and then walk around 10 minutes. It is in the list of my favourite restaurants in Tallinn, because it has some of the best location / quality of food & service ratio.
Situated basically at the sea shore, the restaurant offers marvellous sea views, which are often accompanied by beautiful sunsets. The restaurant is relatively new; there is a small promenade near it as well. The kitchen is mostly Italian-based, with some local specialities and standard dishes like burgers etc.
In my opinion, the prices are reasonable, considering the location and the quality of food and service at the restaurant. It is suitable for people are used to high-quality service, but at the same time want to chill in the relaxing atmosphere, as the restaurant is not big and big companies are seated on the second floor.
