RØST Bakery is located in the Stalker Pathway of the Rotermann quarter, about which I wrote in another article. RØST Bakery is a local favourite spot where you can get fresh cinnamon buns and delicious coffee.
It’s pretty popular, so do expect a queue. But there is an open kitchen just next to the counter, so sometimes you can see the bakers making the buns. The comforting smell of freshly baked pastry adds an extra flavour to the bun.
The seats are limited inside, so a lot of people just order a pastry and coffee for take-away. But if the weather is not too cold, you can sit outside the bakery and enjoy a lovely Swedish fika.
