Värav is one of the cutest, tiniest cafes in Tallinn. Located near old town, oddly enough on a parking lot territory, you might think it is a place to pay for your parking. No such thing – this is the place to get coffee, brunch and light lunch.

Värav has just a couple of tables, during summer also a terrace. Instagram fanatics be aware – Värav`s bright and minimalist interior, crispy waffles and skillful latte art might drain your battery with all the photos you will be taking. 

If you’ve missed the chance to grab a seat, take a coffee to go and head towards Old Town. You can buy a tasty treat right town the road at Gelato ladies – they serve Italian gelato prepared in-house. Or if you feel confident enough to give another teeny tiny coffee shop a try – check out Lisanna, Estonia’s first vegan coffee shop, just a 10-minute walk from Värav.
