The word, Puri Guliani translates into "bread with a heart". For me, its sounds like it's made with love. Puri Guliani is what our ancestors called pastries which they created all over Georgia for their important and beloved people, that’s why the restaurant has this name.
Puri Guliani is a lovely place stationed at the old town near Agmashenebeli avenue on Saarbrucken square. It's hidden from the naked eye, but easy to find if you know what are you looking for.
The modern interior and open kitchen make you feel a part of the whole culinary process which I enjoy the most. You are a part of making your own chosen dish. On the menu, you can find different kinds of bread, pastries and other delicious treats. The most interesting thing here is that you can taste new varieties of traditional Georgian food.
The delicious food, everyone's favorite adjaruli khachapuri (cheese boat), pkhlovani, different kind of soups, and pastries will make your day beautiful and tasty. It's a nice spot to eat delicious food made from the heart.
