Spotter since 2018
About me
I’m Mako from Tbilisi, Georgia. I recently got my MA degree in Public Relations and I’ve been working as an Italian language lecturer for some years, but I’m still searching for my real destination to happiness.
Writing is my passion, especially writing about cities, trips and the adventures I have lived so far. I love sharing my emotions and feelings with the people who can listen and take pleasure in my little stories. I have my own Travel Blog, but I have never written about my city. So, why not?! It seems like a really nice idea to write about Tbilisi, just to show you what nice spots we have here.
Why Tbilisi
Most people have no idea what Tbilisi looks like, but after their first visit they become obsessed with the idea of coming back again.
Tbilisi is a city of chaos, life, fun, traffic, noise, constructions, madness and novelties. That’s why you can never get bored. Here you can find a very special mix of European and Asian traditions, culture and habits. What makes it a lovely place for everyone is its nice and helpful local people, the tasty cuisine, the awesome wine and various spots for every taste, mood and budget.
Yes, this is my city and I’m a local here. And I can share with you some of my favorite spots.
Where else can you find me online?

"New Mziuri" is a cafe in Vake park that's the right place for everyone. I mean that -- it's a place for all kinds and ages of people to feel welcome...

"Fabrika" Tbilisi is a colorful, multi-functional, amazing urban space in an old Soviet factory. I just love its huge yard and everything else about it!

"Soviet Architecture" in Tbilisi is strange, extraordinary -- ugly, dirty, neglected. It's hard to describe my feelings when I look at some old buildings.

"Mtatsminda Park" is a huge amusement park on the highest point of Tbilisi. I recommend you get there by the the funicular tram. Fun: guaranteed!
