There are many food stands in the Carmel Market, most of them good, but most sell stuff that my nutritional diet doesn't allow. That's why I'm so in love with Bar Ochel (food in Hebrew).
BTW, my nutrition method is called Alcoleo, and more or less it's the alcoholic version of the Paleo diet. The main idea is that you need to understand that you won't live forever, but still, you don't have to end it with a heart attack because you actually used the stairs instead of the elevator.
Bar Ochel sells (wait for it) all kinds of meat, served with roasted vegetables. You also get all kinds of dips (the spicy one is great), and bread I advise you to ignore.
As the photo shows, they also sell alcohol. So go do some beach exercise and rest your head with some healthy food, and well, a drink or two, I'll allow, you are on vacation.
