I have to admit my intentions for this spot were to keep it as a secret forever. Last week I visited this garden and my conscience said to me it will call the Ethics police of Spotted by locals for not doing my work as promised.
As the spring arrived to our area, this garden, that I like in almost any season, fills with the charm and sweet, soothing smell of the flowers that make the garden come alive. The garden, that was built in 1964, underwent many hardships over the years and was renovated in 2007 (in celebration of 100 years of Tel Aviv) with two garden levels with preserved giant Ficus trees (that are thousands of years old).
Nowadays it's a safe, unique little place you can escape to if the Kikar hatizmoret garden is overloaded with people, with a cup of tea from Loveat café (maybe even with a cupcake), listening to the relaxing water in the fountain.
