The summer in Tel Aviv can be really tough, If you will ask people in Tel Aviv about the weather during July and August they'll probably say "I can live with the heat but I really can't stand humidity". The best way to deal Tel Aviv weather during the summer is with a cold beverage.
Café Levinsky 41 has a great refreshing "gazoz" - the vintage word for soda (Seltzer water) with fruit syrup; in Café Levinsky they add some local fresh herbs and flowers (!!!) which make the beverage aromatic, tasty and beautiful! On a hot summer day you better take a nice gazoz drink from Café Levinsky 41 and wander around Levinski market. If you need some rest and you are lucky you might find a seat inside the cabin of the truck located in front of the store and has dozens of plants on it.
