The Prince is a bohemian rooftop bar in a historic building on Nahalat Binyamin Street, right in the centre of the city and close to Carmel Market.
It has spacious rooms and a large, beautiful terrace overlooking the pedestrian zone. The roof is perfect for warm summer nights, but seems to be just as popular during winter…
There are many things that attract people to The Prince apart from the great roof terrace. The atmosphere is cool, stylish and inviting, the food menu is full of surprising treats and the place hosts art exhibitions on a regular basis, as well as live music gigs and all sorts of alternative events from time to time, such as poetry nights, film screenings and dance performances.
I would normally go there for a music show, or to have a cocktail on the roof terrace with friends. To find the place, you’ll need to spot the blue door downstairs, then go up the stairs.
