Talise Beauty & Spa Tirana – My safe haven

Working a 9-5 is not always easy on the shoulders, so one of my favourite things to do when I need to relax on a rainy Sunday or after a very long week is to take care of my body and mind at Talise Beauty & Spa.

Whether you live in Tirana or are just passing through, trust me, you must stop here.

Talise is located in one of the most famous streets in Tirana, Kavaja Street, next to Condor Center.

When the door opens, you will be greeted by a very friendly receptionist, and the beautiful white and gold interior will make you feel more relaxed and at ease right away.

There are plenty of things you can do at Talise, but my suggestion is to go all in and have a full spa day with your girlfriends, your mother or even your partner. You can combine some relaxation time (sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi), a massage ( Pinda Sweda is my favourite), a mani/pedi and a blow dry to close the day. Of course, you can choose whichever one you like or have the staff recommend one of their packages.

What I mostly love about this place and why I always strongly recommend it to everyone I meet is the professionalism of the staff and the fact that it’s spot-on clean and sanitized every time I visit.
