The Loft is one of the newer spots in town yet has grown strong roots in Vienna's bar and club scene: in December 2019 they celebrated their 10th anniversary already! The reason for its success? I would say it is their attitude.
When owners regard themselves as 'easy & casual', you know which kind of customer they want to attract. Given that the musical concept is not framed in but rather is flexible for different parties, you get electronic, hip hop, rock, funk, and singer-songwriter, as well as unclassified genres.
Come here to enjoy and engage in a poetry slam, the quiz game, movie nights or open mic sessions. Other nights make space and place for various music events where dancing is strictly recommended.
Their guiding slogan: "Working hard for better parties in Vienna!" tells you what to expect at the Loft. After Corona Lock Downs and the most recent summer break, they welcome you with fancy new light installations on the upper floor or the one deepest underground. Also, the living room (which you can rent for your own party) got revamped and is now even cozier than before.
PS: Don't confuse this alternative bar with the fancy rooftop establishment of the luxury hotel at Praterstraße
## They're on summer break until August 24th! ##
