Berlin has a lot to offer in many ways. And when it comes to eating out, the wide range of alternatives makes it really hard to agree with your tribe where to go.
Where I work, my colleagues' palate is limited to Indian food. When they feel a bit adventurous and open to experiment with something different, they go to a Pakistani place.
I've got nothing against Indian or Pakistani food, but eating the same every day is boring, especially if there are so many more choices. So I've decided long ago to let go of socializing with them at lunch time and search for my own path.
In my quest to fulfill my culinary curiosity, I bumped into this homey Greek place that gives you the sensation that you are sharing the table with a family in their home in Greece.
The moussaka is amazing, and they make a really good lemon juice that reminds me of grandma!
And besides food, they also sell Greek wines and olive oil!
