You might doubt yourself or the route you have taken when you see how hidden this restaurant is. CaiRoma is a pizzeria that is located in the middle of one of the most heated spots in Cairo downtown, where the competition gets more challenging by the minute.
It’s been years that pizza has taken over many places, but what makes this specific spot unique is that you get the chance to design your own pizza.
Almost a year ago, I first walked in, grabbed a seat and eagerly waited for the menu, after I had breathed in the vivid crave-y smell coming from the kitchen. A minute later, the owner approached the table, asking me what I would like to put on my pizza, meaning that you can customize your pizza, and even get it into two different halves, sharing it with your loved ones.
For all the pizza enthusiasts out there, trying out CaiRoma is a must.
