Fathy Ibrahim is an ancient silver and gifts shop, established more than 90 years ago in 1928. Located at Talaat Harb square, one of the most famous squares in Downtown area.
I find it a very interesting shop, because I'm a big lover of silver products, plus it's an antique shop. There is a corner for silver products, another one for different kinds of gifts and a corner for Pharaonic and oriental antiques.
In the silver section, there are different kinds of Egyptian, Italian & Marcasite products like rings, bracelets, earrings, necklaces and others, some of them engraved with sentences of oriental heritage. As for the gifts, here you'll find watches, perfumes, leather crafts and others. Finally, in the pharaonic antiques section, there are different kinds crafts like pottery products engraved with pharaonic drawings and symbols with different colors.
It will be very interesting for travelers to discover another side of Egyptian culture that is embodied in Egyptian silver crafts & pharaonic / oriental antiques.
