If the name alone doesn’t entice, the topping and flavors that accompany each treat definitely will. This boutique ice cream shop offers an array of unique flavors and add-ons. From Lucky Charms cereal toppings to cookie cones, this family-run neighborhood shop has something sweet for everyone.
The ice cream shop is best known for the European-style soft serve and hand-scooped ice cream sandwiches they dish out daily. The ice cream, milkshakes and treats offered at Cone are good enough to curate an out-the-door line each day; therefore, the best time to go is during off-dessert hours, AKA anytime during the day that doesn’t follow a meal.
Along with the unique extras to accompany an ice cream cone, this shop also offers a variety of specialty ice cream flavors. For adventurers wanting a quirky concoction, I’d suggest the Cookie Monster Ice Cream (blue-dyed vanilla ice cream with cookie dough, Oreos and chips ahoy cookie bits) or the Leprechaun Tracks Ice Cream (vanilla ice cream with fudge swirl and peanut butter cups). For a simpler, savory flavor, the Pistachio Nut is the way to go.
