Sweet Rabbit Bakery sells some of the best loaves of bread I've ever had in my life. Their seeded sourdough is prepared from scratch and is baked fresh daily - the crust has a perfect chew which is contrasted with its pillowy soft interior.
The mastermind behind the bakery's creations is baker Andrew Cheng, who is the owner and head chef. He specializes in technical baking by experimenting with different measurements in the kitchen to constantly improve his products and create new baked goods.
Sweet Rabbit sells sourdough loaves and select pastries daily in the shop, which can be ordered online as well. In addition to their multigrain sourdough, options include their house sourdough and miso rye sourdough; pastry choices include croissants, morning buns, and fruit danishes.
The bakery has a few tables and chairs to enjoy a sweet treat and a beverage in-house; it is uncrowded, and the atmosphere is normally quiet. My perfect way to spend the morning, if I do say so myself.
