My father is a Weber Grill enthusiast and I grew up in St. Louis, where our large decks and relatively mild winters allowed us to grill all year round. I had no idea how much I would miss the luxury of a Weber Grill when I flew the coop to Chicago. I am not allowed to grill due to safety regulations on my wooden back stairs. Someone in Chicago realized the need for grilled food despite our small apartments and non-existent yards, and they opened Weber Grill Restaurant.
You can watch chefs grill on massive Weber Grills located in the middle of the restaurant. The food is tender and the service is friendly. Weber Grill has even made my father a fan. I enjoy Weber Grill with my Chicago crew, when friends are visiting from other cities, during a week night on my way home or before I go to a movie downtown.
I recommend trying a bit from each section of the menu to really indulge. Some of my favorites include wood-fired crab cake, grilled garlic lemon shrimp, beer-can chicken and BBQ beef brisket. Their drinks should also night overlooked and I love the that Weber Grill offers half-bottles of wine.
