Eli Pili is a nice local with good service and excellent food. Chisinau is known for combining different cultures, and Eli Pili also combines dishes from different countries in their menu.
When you visit Moldova, it is a must to try Moldovan food. In Eli Pili you have the opportunity to choose between European, Moldovan, Ukrainian and Russian food. The interior is very comfy, decorated in a loft style, perfect for a family dinner.
I recommend you try the ”pelimeni”, a dish of little dough envelopes filled with meat and served with sour cream. They go best with some beer. Eli Pili can surprise you with its Russian deserts. The best known and loved are the ”clatite”. They come with different fillings so you can eat them as a meal as well as a desert. Also they have a terrace you can relax at and spend your time with some hookah and a coffee.
