As a food enthusiast, I love checking out as many food places as I can. I have visited a lot of different restaurants in Dublin, and I certainly have a lot of favorites, but for sure The Ramen Bar is my all-time most cherished. Ramen is not very common back in my home town and it is something I have always wanted to try (mostly because of Naruto, I'm not gonna lie). So when I first heard about The Ramen Bar I had to try it instantly.
My first time visiting The Ramen Bar was during my college exchange year and I went with my friends so it also holds a dear place in my heart. But leaving nostalgia aside, The Ramen Bar is still nowadays one of my most frequented restaurants because the food is out of this world. What makes The Ramen Bar's ramen so special is that it is made with authentic Japanese noodles freshly made on site. The Ramen bar also owns 'Ireland's first state of the art ramen noodle making machine' (theramenbar.ie) directly purchased from Kagawa, Japan. There are also many vegetarian options, I always order the Vegetable Soup Broth, highly recommended!
It is also very relevant in these times to highlight that The Ramen Bar's facilities have a powerful air purifier that according to the restaurant 'combats indoor pollutants and eliminates airborne * COVID 19 *' (The Ramen Bar Dublin on Facebook, 2020, December 3).
All these things considered, the only thing left to say is ITADAKIMASU!
