This is one of the coolest hangouts in the city. Located in the heart of the trendy Brunstfield neighbourhood, Montpeliers is easy to spot. Not only is the interior but also exterior of this cool brasserie festooned with fake flower blossom branches and fairy lights. This is a perfect place to come if you want to take some photos of your travels for Instagram as everything is very well presented and aesthetically pleasing.
Don’t worry though, the food here is just as delicious it looks! They offer a large menu of dishes from breakfasts and brunch to gastro pub style evening meal dishes. Although pretty spacious this place is very popular with locals and it is nearly always busy so bear that in mind, especially at weekends.
You can also come in to grab a drink at the bar for a cocktail, glass of wine or try one of the many craft beers on offer.
