This little shop/restaurant/café is owned by people who know how to surprise. The sign does say something about a small roastery and well, this is what they sell: great (fair trade) coffee and the equipment (like dripping stuff) to make the best of your beans at home.
As the shop is equipped not just with a cozy interior to hang out and work (it is a quiet, calm, relaxed place with enough space), you can also expect to get good coffee here. And surely some cake: YES! They make amazing cakes and very good coffee.
BUT: they are Asian and serve a great "Mittagstisch" aka lunch, too. But not any lunch: Korean lunch. Come over for Bibimbap, Kimbap and other very yummy food. As a tea lover, I am especially keen on their Korean sweet potato latte. It tastes like a cake! Plus drinks like tea and coffee are available hot and cold.
Top it up with breakfast and sandwiches, fresh juices, and the usual soft drink and you have the perfect spot to explore on the edge between Eppendorf and Eimsbüttel. Nearby you will find the Medizinhistorisches Museum, make sure to check it out as well.
