The Rialto is situated just at Fleetinsel, an area with many art galleries and restaurants on a small island downtown. That means waterways surround you and this is why I feel like being in Venice a little when I sit at the outside area of this restaurant. It has seats on the bridge and with that come some lovely views to the old storage houses. Food is not cheap here but, as you can see, it is beautiful. The same goes for the waiters: they're a lovely bunch of people who are friendly and work really well together by being attentive to the guests. I feel very welcome and love the (relatively) upscale cuisine. And a cold white wine with a view.
During winter or colder weather you can sit indoors at the big windows. Then you'll been inside one of the old warehouses just next to the water. Again. And eating e.g. a menu and enjoying life.
