I love garlic. I love tapas. And I love Greek food more than Spanish food, I must admit. So here is my heaven, for when I crave a lot of Greek food but don't want to go to a Greek restaurant several days in a row in order to eat the whole menu. Which is not necessary at Oniro because they serve the food in tapas size as well. Well, most of it at least.
There are 35 variations of it on the menu plus the usual Greek meat, salads and fish. The tapas section holds enough dishes for vegetarians to be satisfied, too. I now dream of grilled feta, peperoni and spinach. But my favourite here is the zucchini chips baked in beer dough with tzatziki. And the calamari. And the goat cheese. And... well... you see what I am talking about, right?!
If you are based in the more northern part of town, or want to have a nice stroll on the river Alster (not the big lake in the middle of town but where it is still a river): come here. The restaurant is just next to the metro station "Lattenkamp".
