This is one of my favorite spots for a very tasty and yet reasonably-priced breakfast. The place is actually a hostel (and a very good one too, as I've been told!), but even if you don’t stay here as a guest, you can still enjoy their breakfast. Just like the area Schanze the hostel is located at, the people behind the counter are always very relaxed and friendly. The delicious food will be offered in a buffet style, and it’s all-you-can-eat, so no one will have to leave hungry. Of course, the Superbude offers all the typical German breakfast ingredients, like different types of cheese and meat to put on your buns, boiled eggs, jam, nutella (of course!), but also muesli, fruit and vegetable and - probably the best part - you can even bake your own waffles! To top it all, they also offer a huge variety of juices, tea and a coffee machine for cappuccino, latte macchiato etc., which are already included, so go and feed your need for coffee.
Apart from breakfast, they also host cultural events - definitely my favorite during winter is Soundkuchen (Soundcake) - a couple of musicians, free coffee and tea and the entrance fee is a piece of cake for the cake buffet - it couldn't get any better!
